Value for money. Safe and friendly atmosphere. Excellent staff and owner. Feels like a home away from home. Special requests accommodated. Great bath and spacious rooms. Serene location near the beach. Clean pool and delicious breakfast.

The rooms were very well-furnished and decorated. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and the city center. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options offered in the morning.
The staff didn't provide any assistance with our bags upon arrival or departure. We also found the service to be quite slow, especially in the kitchen.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was very convenient, within walking distance of great restaurants and close to the beach. the staff was friendly and accommodating, willing to assist with any requests we had.
The check-in experience was not seamless, as our requested room was no longer available. We had to settle for a lesser room, and the reason for the switch was unclear.

I loved the hotel's location! It was very convenient to go to the nearby restaurants in Durban North. it was just a short walk away from the fine beachside. The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and cute, they made me feel at home. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, especially the pool area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff did their best to make it according to my preferences.
Nothing could have been better.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfill every need. the stylish decor and spotlessly clean rooms are impressive. the friendly and welcoming staff provided me with excellent service. the breakfast was cooked to order and the variety on the cold buffet was delightful. the location was safe, and the use of lounge area was perfect for relaxation.
Though this hotel is beautiful and amazing in every way, I noticed a minor issue with the swimming pool; the shallow end was too small for all guests.

This boutique guesthouse has an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, and even the ocean and garden. the rooms are stylishly furnished and spacious, with large bathrooms and jacuzzi style bathtubs. the breakfast is fresh and varied, and guests rave about the omelettes. the friendly and helpful staff make you feel like part of the family.
Some guests have complained about the lack of assistance with luggage, which can be a minor inconvenience for some.
